 The Relay Race
To fully realize the dream of providing sustainable, affordable housing in the Lake Chelan Valley, we need your help. One concept we are committed to is that of a “relay race”. We realize that there are many good causes in our community that need our time and resources. So we look at the tasks of building the LCCL as a relay race with volunteers doing their small part, and "handing off" the baton to another volunteer for the next task.
As an example, you may be very good at creating brochures but may not have the time to volunteer for a committee. We can work with you so that you could take on a one-time task of creating a brochure.
We will make an effort to designate specific tasks or talents needed at the LCCL and will post them here. Please contact us if you'd like to volunteer or discuss how you can put your special talents and resources to work on our relay team.
